Welcome to Readz Global. By accessing our website and purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. We encourage you to read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

1. Subscription Purchase & Activation

All subscriptions purchased through Readz Global are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective publisher. Subscriptions will be activated within 4–5 weeks from the date of purchase. Once activated, the subscription will remain valid for the duration selected at the time of booking.

2. Zero Refund Policy

Readz Global follows a strict zero refund policy.
Once a subscription has been successfully booked and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, non-usage, or delays within the stated activation period.

3. Subscription Transfer & Hold

While refunds are not permitted, Readz Global allows flexibility in the following cases:

• Subscription Transfer: A subscription may be transferred to another individual, subject to publisher policies and prior notification to Readz Global.

• Subscription Hold: Subscriptions may be temporarily halted for a specified duration upon customer request, where permitted by the publisher.

All transfer or hold requests must be raised through our customer support team and are subject to approval.

4. Subscription Validity

Subscriptions will be active only for the period for which they were originally booked. Extensions, renewals, or modifications are not automatic and must be initiated separately by the customer.

5. Cashback & Promotional Offers

If a cashback or promotional offer is applicable to your purchase, the cashback amount will be credited within 14 days from the date of payment, subject to successful transaction confirmation and fulfillment of offer terms.

6. Customer Support

Readz Global is committed to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Our support team is available to assist with subscription-related queries, activation status, transfer requests, and general assistance.

7. Changes to Terms

Readz Global reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

8. Governing Policy

All subscriptions and services are governed by the policies of Readz Global and the respective publishers. In case of any discrepancy, the decision of Readz Global shall be final.
